Fermentation Tanks

Fermentation Tanks are widely used in dairy products, beverages, biological engineeringa s and pharmaceutical refining chemical industries. . The materials that we use are food class stainless steels 304 or 316.
These tanks are well designed with jackets used for heating, cooling and insulating. R angle is used between tanks and top or bottom dish ends (or taper shaped) for easy clean purpose. The inner walls of the tanks are treated by mirror polishing which cuts the difficulties for cleaning and avoids the staining, corrosion and rusting.
Fermentation tanks are designed with environment friendly concept because the complete sealed design of the tank makes the fermentation and mixing possible with zero pollution throughout the year. These tanks are equipped with air blow holes, CIP cleaning nozzles and manholes which make the cleaning and processing easier and scientific.
Dairy products fermentation is a process of asepsis without pollution so even our tanks adopts asepsis system to avoid microbial pollution in the air which prolong the shella s life span and makes the products more tasty and pure. We prefer asepsis systems in air blow holes and asepsis pressure fermentation systems on the tank.
