Production description

Series FA high pressure PCTFE pumps are high pressure, positive displacement, dual piston pumps that provide superior precision, high performance, excellent reliability, high chemical resistance and low pulsation.

Series FA high pressure PCTFE pumps are specially designed for dosing aggressive liquids like HCl, H₂SO₄and H₃PO₄. With PCTFE inlaid 316L stainless steel pump head and pressure resistant PTFE tubing, a combination of high chemical resistance and high-pressure resistance (at most 5MPa) is achieved. They are provided to manufacturers of tank reactors, micro-channel reactors and process skids. They have been widely used in fields like petrochemical industry, chemical industry, polymer production and new energy industry.
