Epoxydized Soyabean Oil

Epoxy plasticizer is an Epoxydized Soyabean Oil which contains high molecular weight. It provides plasticising and stabilising action against degradation by heat and light in vinyl compounds. It has excellent resistance to extraction by soapy water and provides resistance to extraction by oil and gasoline. Epoxydised soyabean oil or epoxy plasticizer is suitable for light weight film, sheeting coated fabrics, extruded product and molding compunds where a combination of excellent stability and plasticiser performance is designed. Due to its higher copatibility stability, it makes possible high speed calendaring and extrusion, giving better rate of production.

Due to its epoxy group it improves heat stability and light stability with suspension, mass and washed emulation grade pvc polymers and also in a number of prestabilized pvc paste grade.Epoxydised soyabean oil or epoxyplasticizer is useful in almost all product of pvc resin.

Acid Value : 0.8 maximum
Iodine Value : 3.0 A 0.5 maximum
Moisture : - 110A C, 0.10 A 0.01 %
