The epoxidized soybean oil improves the heat stability and the light stability with super suspension, mass and washed emulsion grade PVC polymers.
Being non-toxic, ESBO is used as a pigment dispersing agent and an acid scavenging agent.
ESBO is also used for epoxy reactive diluents.
For its low price and bio-degradable feature, it has been able to replace the traditional dioctyl phthalate in few applications.
The epoxidized soybean oil has been chosen for variety of applications like functional fluids, sealants, flavor and fragrances, coatings, etc .
ESBO is safe to be used for food contact as well as medical applications.
