Our offered EPE Foam Sheet Bonding Machine (FC-1200) is essential special equipment for deep processing. It is used to bond double or multi-layer when the thickness of once forming sheet is insufficient. The thickness after processing can reach 4-100mm thus expand the applied range of PE foam sheet.
This machine is based on air as heat transfer medium and use high-temperature wind to bond two pieces of PE foam sheets by extruding to make the foam sheets compound thickening. After bonding, the strength and thickness of foam sheet can be improved. The bonded product is widely used in electronic products packaging, building inner layer, sound insulation and thermal insulation etc.
