Electrical Insulation Flexible Laminates Nhn / Nkn 6650

1.Production:
Electrical Insulation Flexible Laminates NHN / NKN 6650 is made of two layers of Aramid paper with one layer of polyimide film in the center.

2.Features and Aplication:
- Insulation class: H class (180A C)
- Excellent mechanical and dielectric properties like high tensile strength and high edge tear resistance combined with high electrical strength, even better properties of dielectric and mechanical under high temperature or after humidity.
- Electrical Insulation Flexible Laminates NHN / NKN 6650 is as slot, interturn and liner insulation for H-grade motors and electric appliances. It is also used for slot closures or covers, overhang, interphase and layer insulations for Dry-type transoformers.
3.Availability:
Form: roll, sheet, strip
Special colours can be provided on request.
4. Layers structure

Triple layers:
Middle layer: Polyester film(PET) for Electrical Purpose
Outer layers: Aramid paper

5.Certification:

- 6650 NHN Aramid paper/Polyimide film/Aramid paper flexible laminate YAAN produce was approved by UL test and belonged to UL insulation system (OBJS2)-H . UL No.: E310670.
- 6650 NHN Aramid paper/Polyimide film/Aramid paper flexible laminate was passed RoHS Stardard 2002/95/EC test, green electric products with leed-free, nickel-free and Cadmium-free.
