Edge Runner/ Mixing Muller

Individually motorized, made from mild steel of the most efficient design suitable for grinding, pulverizing and mixing. Due to the heavy cross section and free rotation of the roller the charge is ground to a very fine powder in the case of dry material and to a very fine film in case of wet material. Vibrations are kept to the minimum because of the units heavy construction. Scrappers are provided to avoid the material from sticking to the sides and face of the rollers. The housing is totally sealed and prevents material from entering into the bushings and bearings. The discharge door is located at the base for quick and simple discharge operations. The entire unit is mounted on a heavy duty base frame made from steel sections.

The drive consists of a suitable make 3 phase 400/440v electrical motor coupled to a reduction gear box complete with input and output coupling.
