Key Features
1 No. 7.5 HP High Speed Disperser with 1 HP Mechanically Motorized lifting arrangement for mixing materials of specific gravity ranging from 1-1.3. Premix Capacity 300Lt.
BODY:
The frame will be made from angles and will house the body casting, guide pipe. The base frame will be of 12mm. thick MS plates. The top frame will have the motor and the shaft assembly.
AGITATOR:
The shaft will be of 38mm.dia.in SS. MOC. and will be tapered to 33mm.dia. It will be supported by 2nos. ball bearings. The bearings will be housed in a MS. Housing which will be bolted to the top frame. The shaft will have a 6a (150mm) Cowles type impeller blade for dispersion.
DRIVE:
The shaft will be powered by a 7.5 HP 1440RPM 3 Phase squirrel cage induction NON-FLP Motor through "V" groove pulley and belts. The shaft speed will be fixed 1440RPM. 2HP 1440 RPM Motor for Screw Type Mechanical Lifting Arrangement of the stirrer
