Dxgf Carbonated Water Filling Machine

DXGF Carbonated Water Filling Machine is integrated rinsing, filling and capping machine for PET bottle.
The monobloc carbonated washing-filling-capping units have the three- function of washer, filler and capper in one body, adopting full automation in production process.

II. TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
General processing (spray rinsing-filling-capping integrated machines)
1. Washing Bottles
1.1 Rinsing and dripping the bottles, they were gripped by bottle clamp will make another 180A turn along a guide track to resume bottle mouth facing up position.
2. Filling part
2.1 Entering the filler, bottles are retained by neck supporting carrier plates, which are actuated by bottle carrier mechanism to raise them to engage with filling valves.
3. Sealing Part
3.1 Bottle carrier mechanism is lowered by a cam to disengage filled bottles with filling valves. Then bottles are transferred into the capper by a neck handling wheel.
