Dual Brake Valves

Being a market leader, we are manufacturing and supplying of Dual Brake Valves in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, India. It is either a floor-mounted, treadle-operated type or firewall-mounted brake valve with two separate supply and delivery circuits for service and secondary braking, which provides the driver with a graduated control for applying and releasing the vehicle brakes.

Features

Integral filter: this valve has an integral filter surrounding the valve element to prevent the dust ingress into the valve, thus eliminating any leak problem in the valve.
Exhaust Silencer: the exhaust noise level from the valve is suppressed by a silencer, snap-fitted to the lower body.
Reduced bias arrangement: this feature reduces the pressure difference between the primary and secondary circuits within 0.2 bar.
Service ports: suitable for VOSS fittings or metric connections.
