Capacity: 6" to 8-1/2; dia bore holes to a depth of 1000 ft.(305 m)

Prime Mover : Truck mounted rig with power from truck engine. (Other options including separate deck engine for powering hydraulic available ), Prime Mover is available from Asia Motor Valves, Ashok Leyland, TATA.

Work Method: Combination DTH cum Mud Rotary method using mud pump or air compressor. Also has capability to use simultaneous casing hammer / attachments like ODEX / Tumbex.

Mast :Heavy duty, welded construction, box type structure Capacity : 33000 lbs (15 tons), Height : 27 fts.(8.1 mtr), Rod handling capacity : 20 ft. (6.1 mtrs).

Hydraulic System: Efficiently designed system complete with hydraulic pumps, motors, filters, valves and neatly laid down hydraulic hoses, oil cooler, etc.,

Pull Up / Pull Down : By means of hydraulic cylinder and wire rope. Max. Pull up force : 31000 lbs(14000 Kg), max pull up speed : up to 108 ft./ min (33 m / min), Max. pull down force : 23000 lbs (10500 Kg), Max pull down speed : upto 144 ft. / min (44 m/ min).

Rotary Head: Heavy duty top drive rotary head, powered by hydraulic motors. Standard Torque : 38500 in - lbs (444 Kg-m), at 0 to 119 rpm other options available on request.

Jacks : Four hydraulic jacks with safety check valve size 125 X 70 X 762 mm.

Hydraulic Oil Cooler: 95 GPM fin types, cooler fan drive through hyd. motors

Water / Foam Injection Pump : Triplex reciprocating pump of upto 56 lpm and pressure upto 600 psi powered by hydraulic motor.

Break Out Wrench : To open the drill joints hydraulic break out wrench of 350 mm storke will be provided complete with wire rope.

Optional Attachments : Welding machine, hydraulic winch, Mud pump, chip hood / Dust curtain, single pipe loader, Floating sub line oiler, Jib boom / winch etc.,

Compressor : 800 cfm, 200 psi / 900 cfm, 200 psi / 1100 cfm, 300 psi Other options available on request
