Dedusting Agents -Antidusting Agents

Sauradust is an excellent dedusting agent for all types of dispersed polyester dyestuffs and pigments. Sauradust can also be used in other areas where dust is a problem such as in powdered soaps, cement, coal, sulfur, glues, sizing agents and carbon black. The use of Sauradust reduces the loss of the product at various stages thus making it commercially viable.Applications :- Sauradust is generally added to the dyestuff during the grinding & blending operations. The quantity of Sauradust recommended is varying between 1.0 1.5% depending on the particle size, density, fineness of the dye and the degree of free flow required. Sauradust is most effective with dyes that are not soluble in oil such as disperse dyes, acid dyes, chrome dues, direct dyes, reactive dyes etc.
