Our range of DACTS101KTR Diesel Generator Manual Control Model is a diesel control module, it is used to manually start and stop the diesel via a key switch and push buttons on the front panel, automatically shutting down the diesel when the diesel fault conditions and indicating the failure by LED. The hours counter is provided, it consists of five numeric LED displays and indicates the total run hours of the diesel.
The key switch has three positions, when the switch is in the a stopa position, the DC supply is removed from the module and the run relay is de-energised. The module is powered up when the a runa is selected, the run relay is then energized, the diesel fuel system is energized and the protection hold-off timer is initiated. If the switch is turned to a starta position and held against the spring return, at the same time, the start button is pressed and maintained, the crank relay will be energized. Once the diesel has started the switch and the start button should be released, the switch will return to the a runa position automatically.
Before start the diesel, if the pre-heat operation is required, the switch should be moved to the a stopa position, pressed the pre-head button and maintained, the pre-head relay is energized, An LED lamp on the front panel indicates the pre-head operation, once the required pre-heat operation duration has elapsed, the pre-heat button should be released.
