Functional description:

The Fuchs-Rosenthal counting chamber is used to count white and red blood cells in Cerebra-Spinal Fluid (CSF) by observing them through a microscope on a calibrated grid, the exact dimensions of which are known.
A counting chamber is used to count Leukocytes, eosinophils and platelets in blood and all cells in a biological fluid by observing them, through microscope, on a calibrated grid.
