Softex dielectric silicone sleeve manufactured from a very specific silicone rubber compound, providing excellent electrical, thermal and chemical resistance, making it ideally suited to the harsh environment that is the Corona treatment process.
SOFTEX Silicone Sleeves are produced specifically as an electrical dielectric sleeve, and is manufactured to extremely close tolerance, ensuring reliable and consistent corona treatment performance.
They are chemically stable with excellent dielectric heat and chemical resistance, formulated for maximum resistance to ozone and corona discharge.
They do not break or crack under unusual web tension.
They provide Good Electrically Insulation & Ozone Corona discharge resistance.
They are suitable for continuous operation at 180A C & can be operated at higher temperature without loss of any mechanical & dielectric properties.
Size available from 50 MM ID to 200 MM ID & wall thickness 2.00mm to 5.00mm (A 0.2mm)
Special size & color available on request.
