These Convection Cabinet Drying Chamber for 200 Trays intended for drying short cut pasta, vegetables, roots, herbs, fruits, meat and fish snack in the semi-automatic mode to set parameters. Drying Chamber uses convection drying method.
Prepared product is placed on trays, which are installed in the truck, after which the trucks are placed in a drying chamber where hot air is blown evenly. Blowout by six axial ventilators inside the cabinet, moist air is pulled by two centrifugal ventilators which are outside.
In the remote control camera mounted controller provides support specified climatic parameters in the automatic mode. The memory controller is designed for 40 programs in 19 steps each (one program - one type of product).
The drying chamber made from the thermal insulation material that allows to significantly reduce heat losses and save energy.
