Basic configuration of the proposed system is designed for production of long-cut (up to 500mm), pasta (spaghetti) with capacity up to 250 kg / h The complex can be fitted with auxiliary equipment for the production a short-cut (up to 40mm) pasta with capacity up to 300 kg / h

This complex has the following technological features:
