Working Principle

Polyurethane resin,curing agent,and foaming agent are delivered to high-speed mixing head in certain proportion through metering pump,evenly mixed and continuously coat on basal plate by coating heada s reciprocating motion,then enter into double crawler machine with plate,foam and cure between the top and bottom layer of heated double crawler machine;when it is cured and shaped,the trimming device on both sides will get it into accurate size.Finally,the sizing following tracing cutting machine cut off it as per preset length.
