Jatyadi oil has anti-inflammatory action (Shothaghna), wound healing property (Vranaropana). It prevents infections, promotes tissue, repairs processand enhances healing. It has a soothing, antiseptic, anti bacterial and emollient action. It reduces swelling, prevents the sensation of burning and itching.Sphatic bhasma has soothing and haemostatic (Shonitsthapan) effect.Shuddha Kasis has scrapping (Lekhan) action over inflamed piles.Karpur has anti-inflammatory, analgesic (Vedanasthapan) effect and also has some anaesthetic action which relieves pain and burning sensation during defecation.

PILORIN CAPSULE:

Swarnamakshik bhasma has haemostatic action by which it relieves bleeding during defecation, it strengthens the anal blood vessels and prevents theirrupture. It also relieves burning sensation; it also helps in purification of blood and checks anaemic conditions.Nagkeshar churna is well known for its digestive property by which it helps in cleansing the toxins of digestive tract (Aampachan).
