Our offered Conformal Coating Spray is quick drying, colourless, transparent insulating and protective coating based on synthetic resins. It overcomes electrical leakages and short circuits. As a low viscosity fixing and insulating lacquer, Duzzit 18 can also be used as extra/ after insulation of coils and transformers and overcomes disturbing noises. This Conformal Coating Spray will begin to soften at 66A C (150A F) but will regain hardness upon cooling.

Application : Conformal Coating Spray is specially developed to protect printed circuit boards It has a durable adhesion in the temperature range from a 40A C to +60A C and can be used for a short period of time up to +100A C maximum. It protects printed circuit boards and surfaces from humid inorganic-acid or caustic vapours. Duzzit 18 can also be used as a universal protective coating on any surface like metal, paper, ornaments, paintings, furniture etc.

Features & Benefits : Conformal Coating Spray is colourless-transparent and as such is not visual on the printed circuit board surface. If a better visual control of the surface is required then use Duzzit 18 Blue, a product leaving a bluish transparent coating. For repair works Duzzit 18 can be soldered through or be totally removed.
