Material of piston and guide: The use of 7075 aluminum alloy can maintain its strength while reduce its weight.
Welding: It adopts such processes as weld preheating, infrared temperature monitor ring and post weld treatment, and uses ultrasonic inspection to prevent weld defect.
Selection of sealing parts: The sealing parts uses PARKER sealing gasket imported from America and BUSAK SHAMBAN supporting ring to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder and a stable quality.
The cylinder guide sleeve adopts stuck key structure. It is east to assemble and transport. The use of Korean imported automatic test bench can display the result in a digital way. The oil for pressure test reaches the NAS VII standard and the cylinder cleaness reaches NAS VII, which ensures a stable performance and long working life.
