Computerized Graphic Fatigue Test RecorderThis is the very
advanced and ultimate solution specially for the Indian Railway venders, who
deals in buffer spring, side bearer etc.The system is capable to
record the continuous data of one week in a single session (segment) and the
software allows upto 99 sessions (segments) in a single test. All the three
graphs are possible to record i.e. Load v/s. Time, Displacement v/s. Time and
Load v/s. Displacement.The installation of the
system is so easy that a pre-running mechanical / hydraulic fatigue testing
machine can be attached to computerized fatigue test recorder just in a few
minutes. You have to put the Load cell under your sample so that the load
applied on sample should be also on the Load cell. In case of displacement v/s.
time you have to fix the encoder in your machine so that the movement of the
piston also rotates the shaft of the encoder. The calibration of both the
systems, i.e. Load and Displacement, will be just a few clicks away of your
mouse and the system will be

The electronic system which is taking signals from the Load Cell and
Encoder fixed in the Machine and sending the data to the Computer.

The sensor translating load into the voltage.

of "Dual Channel Encoder"
The sensor translating displacement into the pulses. The Dual Channel
represents the two different channels of output (pulses) having 90 shift in
both, according to the direction of the displacement.

The process of maching the results with the standards. eg., if the
reading of the load is not 10 Tonnes at 10 Tonnes means the system is not
calibrated and the results shown of tests are not actual.

Any item to be tested shall be treated as Sample. At one time only one
sample can be tested.

test is being continued. One can also re-continue the recording of the data

can get the reports of the data out of any Session.
