A flame sign is embroidered at the back on both sides of the cap, making it evident that a flame retardant cap is being worn in locations identified as flammable. This helps remove the uncertainty that a worker may be wearing a conventional non-flame retardant protective cap. The flexible ABS protective shell protects the head from bumps and lacerations. The absence of direct ventilation holes reduces the risk of burns.
