Second, the recipes, which run the gamut from breakfast to dessert, and everything in between, are so simple, with everyday ingredients. This cookbook makes me want to eat healthy! My personal favorite recipes were Spiced Berry Sauce (mixed berries, canola oil, orange zest, cinnamon, vanilla, water) and Jicama + Sweet Lemon Salad (jicama, bell pepper, pineapple, cilantro, red onion, lemon zest + juice, canola oil, etc.).The best news?
