1. Novel structure, high strength and good thermal insulation. No cold-bridge structure: built-in steel framework, mounting in the cabinet board; Structure of cabinet board: double-layer steel plate, polyurethane foaming plate inside, thickness 30mm or 50mm, good insulating property; Exterior panel: good-quality steel plate adopts static electricity spraying pure polyester and high-temperature solidified to do the anticorrosion treatment; Interior panel: good-quality galvanized steel plate.
2. Modular design for panel, realizing combination of various functions quickly.
3. Good air-tightness, stagnant water and condensation free. Air leakage rate is less than 2%. Inclined water tray.
4. Round angle type access door made by special mould ensures the tightness.
5. Stable running and low noise. Use high-efficiency double-inlet fan, low noise, front/back inclined. The fan base is equipped with spring or rubber vibration damping. The air-outlet is connected by flexible joints.
6. Easy maintenance through access door. Maintenance-free fan bearing, bushing pulley, easy replacement of belt, draw-out filter for easy cleaning.
7. Various ways of product supply: small or medium sized units leave factory completely. Large sized unit will be supplied as functional sections and installed on site.
