Working Principle When the coconut husk enters the Coconut Coir Fiber Extraction Machine. The high-speed rotating blades automatically crush the material and open the fibers. The residue is separated by a sieve, and the fibers are directly sent out from the discharge port. There are two Models of Coconut Coir Fiber Extraction Machines: single-cylinder and double-cylinder.Single-cylinder Bamboo Fiber Extractor can process palm fruits, banana leaves, bamboo, etc. Double-cylinder Coconut Coir Fiber Extractor used for processing harder materials such as coconut husk. Different machines can be selected according to different material. Working Process: 1. Coconut husk/palm is sent into the Coconut Coir Fiber ExtractionMachine by scraper conveyor or forklift. 2. By rapid rotation of the knife head in the device, the coconut husk is crushed into coconut fiber and coco peat. 3. By rotating and stirring equipment, coco peat out of the discharge port. The fibers are extracted, and then runs under the screen of the machine. 4. The long coconut fiber is directly blowing into the screen to further separate the fiber and peat.
