Foaming Agent: Protein Based (Available from Nanolite in Whatever Quantities Required)
Water: Soft Water (TDS Less Than 300)

Investment: Nanolite has developed equipment's that can be started with very less Investment, suitable for start-up units.

Our Recommendation would be to opt for 30m3 Plant and keep only 20 - 30 molds as a start-up.

Molds can be increased later depending upon the sales. This will help you in keeping initial investment under control and at the same time, you are ready for expansion.

Costings: Production Cost: This is generally in between Rs. 1700 - 2400 / m3 which include all the Raw Materials, Labour & Power

Market Price: This is generally in between Rs. 3000 - 4000 / m3 which Includes / Excludes Transportation & Taxes
