Centrifugal Clutch is used between driving and driven shaft for NO-LOAD starting. The Centrifugal Clutch eliminates the drop of voltage in power supplying circuit. The construction of the Clutch is also very simple. It consists of a shell, a spider and four shoes lines with friction material. The shell is mounted on the motor shaft, while the spider that holds the shoes is mounted on driving shaft. At the starting of the Motor there will be no motion of the shell i.e. driven shaft. The shoes rest on spider. The increase of speed of motor, the centrifugal force of the shoes will also gradually increase and the shoes will start to be engaged with shell. When the motor will attend its full speed, the shoes engaged with shell firmly and full load would come on the motor. The available sizes: 5A , 6A , 7A , 8A , 10A , 12A & 14A .
