This machine is able to load 2 sets of moulds with 4 cavities each or 4 set of moulds each with 2 cavities , so per cycle can produce 4 pairs of foam moulded cup. We can also modify this machine for more pairs as per needed. This machine is used for making Different kind Bra pads & Cup's.

HEATER (For 4 Set with 2 cavity each)
Here Per Set 3 KW power is Used
So 4 Set * 3 KW= 12 KW
Miscellaneous power consumption=2 KW
Total Power Consumption is 14 KW.

CAPACITY
If you mold foam cup @ Temperature 200 deg C cycle time about 45 second
