453 is a state-of-the-art PLC controlled Form-Fill and Seal machine.
All the vital operations of the machine like sealing and cutting are
pneumatically activated for fast and highly efficient operations.
- All operations from weighing,filling and sealing
are accurately controlled by state-of-the-art sophisticated PLC - Pneumatically controlled intermittent sealing
ensures precise high quality air-tight sealing and facilitates
synchronization with various weigh/fill attachments - Photocell controlled printed points tracing
system ensures extremely accurate bag forming, sealing and cutting
performance. - The machine is designed to perform pillow type
packing and can be adapted for various packing sizes and speeds
depending on the product - Pneumatically controlled machine has lesser
moving components which ensures minimal breakdowns and gives higher
production - The machine can be programmed to do batch cutting
after a fixed number of pouches.
