The Complete Set of Block Fully Automatic Block & Tiles Manufacture Line for concrete block and floor tiles consists of three parts: Batching and mixing system, block forming system, stack and block transit system. The complete machine consists of 28 single machine or components, four hydraulic station and one central control component. With the sophisticatedly produced whole manufacture line and the skillful and scientific hydraulic system, the machine can complete all actions successfully.

The entire process is completed automatically including ratio of the raw material; block forming, transit, preservation and palletizing; pallet supply of the plate separation; the board clean and turn. The operator only needs to screen monitor the process to control the entire system easily.

This equipment is suitable for a variety of raw materials including gravel concrete, various industrial wastes (such as fly ash, furnace slag, and steel stag, coal gangue), ceramic and construction waste for making bulk construction materials.

It can produce a large variety of different specified blocks, color tiles, landscaping block, hydraulic products and porous brick, etc.

The plant area of the automatic manufacture line covers an area of 900 square meters, of which 400 square meters area is for conservation kiln, 4,000 square meters for block stacking and 2,500 square meters for raw material pilling.
