Biolon Shape Synthetic Multilayer Heat-Shrinking Sausage Casing is produced from a composite of polyamides and high pressure polyethylene by means of co-extrusion with biaxial orientation. Highly elastic Biolon Shape casing is designed for 10-30% overfilling and allows to manufacture products in pressmoulds of different configurations: in a shape of a globe, nut and also in combinations with netting or string tying.
APPLICATION: Cooked sausage, pork steak, liver sausage, paste and mock brawn, melted cheese and cultured milk products, frozen food, etc. which do not require smoking.
Standard calibers: 55-115. Other calibers available upon request.
Standard colors: clear, smoke, hazelnut, pink transparent, brown transparent, gold. Other colors are available upon request.
Shipped in reels, length 500 mA 5 m, shirred sticks, length 30 mA 2% each.
Printing capabilities: single-color, multicolor, UV printing.
