We usually manufacture them with the base material of 38CrMoAlA and 40Cr. If you have a much higher requirement on the anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion the material of SKD61 and fully hardened powder are both available. Depending on the different process applications different types of surface treatment are provided such as nitriding alloy sprayed hard chrome plated etc.
We are able to provide any parallel screws from N 45mm to N 200mm conical screws from N 25i N 45 to N 92i N 188 with maximum length 8000mm and their correspondent barrels (cylinders).
