- The wide box guide ways, induction-hardened, precision ground, sliding components are coated with fluoroplastic resin and hand scraped for perfect fit. Automatic lubrication provided.
- Fanuc spindle motor and helical gears 2-steps ranges transmission, extra large heavy duty Ram, standard 12 tools (VTC24tools). The optional cross rail elevating, c-axis & live spindle system.
- This hydraulically counter balanced ram is encased in the robust saddle to permit heavy duty machining. Ram sliding surfaces of the saddle are coated with fluoroplastic resin.
