Basement Raft Waterproofing Service

We are engaged in providing Basement Raft Waterproofing Service in Faridabad, Haryana, India. In this service, we clean the PCC surface and remove loosely adhering particles (if any) after then, we followed the following sequence of operations:

Proving and laying of PMM admixed with Acrylic Polymer Emulsion.
Applying of compatible primer coat for bonding with substrates.
Sealing of all joints, Corners, Junctions of pipes and masonry with PMM/ EM.
Application of waterproofing system. The selection of WP system is depending on various aspects such as location, category of WC, layers etc.
Protection of treatment with CMP enriched with IWC 2% to 4% by weight of cement.
Providing and fixing required dia MS/PVC/GI nozzles embedded about the half of the depth of the member to be grouted in grid pattern at spacing approx. 1.0Mtr C/c while casting the raft slab.(The caps shall be fixed in the mouth of the nozzles to avoid chocking while concreting or nozzle can also be fixed after concreting).
Injection of cementitious slurry admixed with grouting compound into the nozzles with grouting pumps.
Grouting operation will be done after the raft/slab concrete reached the full strength i.e. 28 days after casting of concrete.
Sealing off the nozzles with quick setting sealing compound or PMM after cutting of the projected nozzles over the concrete surface.
