Model DELUXE - ZZ is a revolving Double Head Bangle Cutting/ Faceting Machine for making background impressions in the form of waves. Zigzag / Sinusoidal waves of various amplitude can be engraved using different gear ratios & speed of rotating Bangle/Ring. Six different gears are provided with the machine. Revolving of Heads is done with extreme ease with a push of a lever. Manual feed lever with an adjustable depth screw for depth to cut on job. This machine is also designed to work on PIPES, BALLS, BEADS, MEDALS, PENDANTS, WATCH DIALS & FLAT METAL LABELS with extra attachments. The machine comes with complete 17 Pc. set of Collets in Nylon and CI For Bangles & Rings, Optical Layer, Mechanical Machine brake, Electric Panel Board, Service Spanners, Spare Belts, Springs & Screws.
