Ball Screw Support Bearing Units

MAC offers ball screw support bearing units for ball screws, which we call, SFT support units. These bearings units can be supplied in Pillow block and flange design, available for both fixing side and supporting side. Various types are available as under
* FGS, LGS, BK, BF, EK, EF for pillow block
* FK & FF for flange type

These ball screw support bearing units have the following features:
* The LGS, EF, BF & FF types are used as a floating bearing provided with double sealed standared bearings.
* The types FGS, EX, BK & FK are the fixing bearing units.
* These are solid steel housings
* Accommodate preloaded angular contact bearing with a contact angle of 30 degree
* Good stiffness and precision is guaranteed
* The angular contact bearings are supplied with factory based high performance grease and the bearing housing is built with a special seal, a distance, washer and a locking nuts
* These compact bearing units can be used universally
* The housing FGS & LGS with bore dia 4,5,6 & 8mm have contact angle of 45 degree. The FGS support units are equipped with double row DRF bearings having contact angle of 60 degree
