Precaution:

4. Vaccine bottle, implement, unspent vaccine etc. must be sterilized.
Usage and Dosage: Needling application at inside of wing. Diluting the vaccine with normal saline according to the dosage labled in paper label, dip the diluted vaccine by needle and vaccinate chickens. 20-30 day-old chickens, one time; more than 30 day-old chickens, two times; 6-20 day-old chickens, double diluted vaccine, one time. There may be light red swelling, forming a scab at needling site after vaccination of 3-4days, and scab will spilt away off 14-21 days later.
