We are engaged in exporting and supplying Automatic Crumb Rubber Tyre Recycling System to our clients in Shanghai, China to our clients. Shredwell rubber crumb plant turns the whole tire into high quality rubber granulate, textile and steel. With ita s modular design, this system can be extended to a rubber powder plant. The rubber granulate can be used for runway, rubber tile,pavements and roof,etc, if desired, the rubber granulate can be further downsized or pulverized, the recovered steel can be melted and reused.

Main machines of a typical rubber crumb plant
*Loader--- a steel conveyor with a hopper works automatically to transfer the used tires.
*Tire washer---An automatic machine for washing the untidy tires in order to protect the shredder blades.
*Conveyor--- to transfer the tires to be shred
*Shredder--- To shred the tires into chips
*Classifier--- A size separator,the rubber chips go through this machine, the desired size chips will go to next step and the undesired size chips will turned back to shredder for further shredding.
*Rasper--- specially designed for size reduction. The tire chips are transported to rasper to be shred into rubber mulch
*Magnet--- for recover the steel
*Granulator--- a machine turns the rubber mulch into rubber granulate
*Vibratory screen---Sorts the granulates by size and removes the coarse textile
*Zig-zag classifier---removes the remaining fine textile
*Drum magnet--- removes the remaining fine steel
