Main machines of a typical TDS plant:

*Tire washer---An automatic machine for washing the untidy tires in order to protect the shredder blades.
*Conveyor--- to transfer the tires to be shred
*Shredder--- To shred the tires into chips
*Classifier--- A size separator,the rubber chips go through this machine, the desired size chips will go to next step and the undesired size chips will turned back to shredder for further shredding.
