AU-5895 is one type of water based pressure sensitive adhesive polymerized by special emulsion polymerization technology with various kinds of special monomers. Compared to solvent based PSA, it has the advantages of non-polluting, non-toxic, odorless, and easy-operating, specially designed for PVC substrate. Due to the cost rising of traditional protective film substrate materials such as PE, PET and PP, PVC substrate protective film also has advantage of cost-saving.

Application:
1. This product is an Eco-Friendly emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive for PVC substrate protection films, medium Adhesion. The PVC protective films finished are recommended to protect the surface substrates including electrophoresis aluminum extruded sections, brushed stainless steel plate and other materials.
2. This product has high adhesion to PVC substrate, excellent resistance to plasticizer; no glue layer peeling off when plasticizer transfer.
3. This product has good coating leveling property, stable viscosity, and low growth after stickiness.
4. The glue has high cohesive strength and roll running phenomenon is not easy to happen.
5. When formulating glue, mechanically stir the AU-5895 adhesive, slowly add quantitative AU-100 hardener, after adding AU-100 hardener, stir for additional 5 minutes. Completely disperse it evenly in the adhesive. Put the formulated glue through the 100 mesh filter into the groove, non-dispersed Glue Blocks can be filtered out.
6. The formulated glue's safe use period is 7-8 hours; the formulated glue should be used up within this period.
7. AU-100 hardener is afraid of moisture, high temperature and low temperature, ultraviolet light, so store AU-100 hardener in dry, ventilation, moderate temperature (5 A C ~ 30 A C) and avoiding sunlight place.
8. Before mass production, please make trial samples use to confirm performance, after samples trial use performance result is good, and then batch use.
9. After opening the packing if it cannot be used up by one time, wrap the packing to avoid surface conjunctiva and skinning, and avoid sun exposure.

Packaging and Storage:

The products are stored in 200kg/plastic drum, 1000kg/IBC drum, or 22ton/flexi bag. The products should be stored in ventilated and dry rooms at 5-35a and avoid direct sunshine and rain. The shelf-life is 6 months since it is packed. The products are non-dangerous goods, transportation as per common liquid goods; prevent damage and leakage of packaging.
