Atmospheric Tray dryers is Batch Process Drying system used for economical drying of powder, granules, food material & chemicals .The Tray Dryer consists of Trolley with Trays one above the other on which product is placed in trays. The medium of heating is Electrical Heaters, Steam or Thermic Fluid Oil flowing through Radiators and placed diagonally opposite sides and Conventional Air Circulation through Horizontal Blower System.


Construction:


Drying oven is fabricated out of specially formed Sheet structures Inner surface Lined with SS304/316 sheets and Externals with SS304/SS316 for GMP Requirements or MS Exterior Lining painted With Epoxy paint over two coats of Primer for Non GMP. It has large working space and is available, manufactured from mild steel & in good finishing outside with dynthetic enamel colour & inside painted to resist temperature up to 300 degree, in standard model.
Temperature Controller:


FLP Digital temperature controller with FLP Head mounted RTD Sensor. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.
Surface Finish: EXTERNAL: Buffed to 150 grit mat finish, INTERNAL: Buffed to 220grit mirror finish.
Inlet & Outlet: All dryers have a 5 micron pre filter at the inlet and a manually infinite adjustable damper at the outlet.
Temperature Control: Temperature control system is done by electronic digital temp controller fitted in the control panel. The temp control in the dryer is fully automatic.
Trays: Trays are available in SS304/SS316.Trays are buffed to mirror finish. Trays are also available in Aluminum / Polypropylene.
Trolley: Trolley is provided in the dryers to accommodate trays in it with 4 nos.SS Based PU wheels
