The PlasmaBeam technology is applicable for inline processes. This means that endless rubber or metal profiles, pipes or hoses can be treated. With the help of robots, 2 or 3-dimensional surfaces can be treated. PlasmaBeam enables local surface cleaning without masking the rest of the surface. For example, cleaning of Al, Au and Cu bond pads before wire bonding without touching the rest of the surface.
