Aspiration Cleaner With Rotary Drum Decanter Pa-dtr

These Aspiration Cleaner With Rotary Drum Decanter PA-DTR removes the light particles, straw and larger impurities present in the product in a short amount of time. The machine can be installed before, after or in the receiving area of a dryer. It is a necessity in the cleaning process. When installed before a dryer it removes impurities that could cause clogging; when installed after it reduces the amount of dust among the product to be stored, which reduces the risk of overheating caused by chaff, husks, split grains, etc.

CONSTRUCTION

OPERATION
The product enters by way of gravity into a motorized roller distributor and is evenly distributed over the whole width; the subsequent curtain of grain encounters a cross airflow as it descends, which removes light impurities (decanted by a cyclone or filter) and deposits a part of the heavier impurities in a decanting hopper, equipped with an auger for reject expulsion. The light impurities are decanted by a cyclone or filter.
