Asphalt Hot Drum Mix Plant

Counterflow asphalt plant with external mixer for production of high quality asphalt mixtures. This mobile plant has production of 120 to 140 t/h. It is fully automated, which enables wide range emission of reports and remote access by the factory to check failures, diagnoses or program updates. This equipment is the quick building and low maintenance cost.

Technical description:
- Mobile chassis for the plant;
- LX 14000 capacity: 120-140 tph;
- Optional 01 or 02 chassis
- Mobile chassis for the aggregates doser 4x7,5mA approved by Denatran;
- Individual dosage conveyor for each silo with weigh bridge;
- Counterflow dryer with internal fins bolted fixing ring/body exclusive LINTEC-IXON;
- Burner with automatic actuation;
- External mixer type twin shaft;
- Drag elevator type Redler;
- Pulsating filtering system. The bag filter has a large filtration area (high durability and low replacement cost);
- Ready mix silo 1mA ;
- Full automatic control system by supervisory or manual;
- Mobile tanking system standard 60.000 liters (40.000 L Bitumen + 20.000 L Fuel);
- Acclimatized cabin;
- Optionally the LINTEC-IXON provides ready mix silo 25 or 50t.
