The proposed layout will be as per "MUDA" norms and will be approved by "MUDA" with the combination of 60 ft, 40 ft wide roads. The layout will have amenities like box drrins, asphalted roads, borewell with overhead tank, storm water drains, individual underground water and sanitary lines, electrification as per MESCOM spcifications, park and civic amenitirs as per MUDA norms.

Dimension of sites :

30' x 40', 30' x 50', 40' x 60' and 50' x 80' sites are proposed to be formed in the layout.

Cost of site :

Relising the need of middle class segment, the prevailing land price and approval process in mind, we are trying to provide the site at a very afforadable and competitive rate of Rs. 450/- per sq ft.

Payment details :

It is proposed to callect the deposit in installments progressively in proportion with the development of the project. The intial deposit payable is Rs. 100/- per sft., and the balance in three installments. pay able through cheque /DD favouring " Health and family welfare department employeers co-opertive society ltd".

Allotment :

The allotment of sites will be booked on the first come first serve basis, based on the payment of intial deposit and timely payment of subsequent installments.
