Aluminium-plastic Composite Pipe

Aluminium Plastic Pipe is composite pipe of five layers, its inside and outside layers are made of PE plastic plastic, tightly bonded with melt adhesive to the mid layerof aluminium core which is longitudinally welded in an overlapping way. All layers are extruded by one step. The plastic pipes manufactured by our company adopts ultrosonic, overlapping welding method and argon arc butt welding method. Some of the characteristics of this plastic pipes are given below:

* Refined Outlook And Smooth Wall: Corrosion resistance, no dew attached, no leakage, no disturbing sound, smooth wall, heat preservation, sound fluid. Its smooth inside appearance leads to a 30% more flow than the same inner diameter metal pipe, able to prevent gas from leaking with the mid layer of aluminium core.
* Easy Transportation: Due to its special special material and composite structure, it can be packed in convolution form. It is of light-weight and easy to handle.
* Simple Installation: Easy to cut, bendable, never spring back, decreases many fittings attached. It adopts prefabricated tie-in and there is no need for screw thread.
* Hygiene: Inside and outside products are made of pure poly ethylene. No plasticizer or stabilizer added, no use of any reprocessed plastics, comply with the hygiene standard, rust free and resist growth of micro-organisms.
* Weathering Working Life: Have a work life of more than 50yrs.
