Production Process:

1. Raw Material Selection: Anthracite is chosen and washed with a spiral washing machine to remove impurities. The washed raw materials are then dried under the sun in preparation for carbonization.

2. Carbonization:

   • Furnace Heating: The carbonization furnace is heated to 150A C, and moisture in the material evaporates.
   • Organic Decomposition: At 400A C, the organic matter in the woody materials decomposes rapidly.
   • High-Temperature Calcination: When the furnace temperature reaches 500-700A C, it enters the high-temperature calcination stage, which is crucial for determining the fixed carbon content of the charcoal. The carbonization process produces a charcoal with over 85% carbon content.

3. Activation:

   • Activation Furnace: The carbonized material is placed into an activation furnace, where steam, carbon dioxide, air, or their mixture (flue gas) is injected under high pressure at temperatures between 600-900A C. The temperature is controlled by a computer display, directly impacting the iodine value of the activated carbon.
   • Cooling: After activation, the carbon is rapidly cooled in a cooling tower, and when the temperature drops to around 100A C, cooling is complete. The activated carbon should appear uniform, dense, and black.

4. Quality Testing: After cooling, biochemical indicators are tested to determine the quality of the activated carbon, according to national standards.
