This 35kV Triple-Layer Co-Extrusion Dry-Cure Normal Speed CCV Line is suitable to compact copper or aluminium stranded conductor, and produce XLPE cable from 6~10~35kV. The tube layout type adopts semi-catenary, 6 heating sections, short-circuit heating and cross linking in nitrogen. There into, it has 2 section pre-cooling tubes, 9 section water-cooling tubes and dual pay-off & take-up stands.

Adopt industrial control computer and PLC programmable controller control type, DC driver, touch screen, sensor, temperature control module and imported parts, low maintain work and high automatization.
Each DC adjustable speed unit uses rotary encoder instead of tachogenerator to make a higher synchronization precision.
