Scope of Supply: Decapper, Outer washer, Bottle loader, Inner washer, Filler, Capper, Cap feeder, Cap washer, Shrinker, Palletizer
Production Capacity: 100-2,000BPH. Adopting linear filling below 1,000BPH, and rotary filling higher than 1,000BPH

Function description
1.Decapper : Automatically discharge cap from recycled bottle
2.Outer washer : Wash and clean bottlea s surface body, neck and bottom
3.Bottle loader : Transfer bottle from convey belt to inner washer
4.Inner washer : Rinse and sterilize bottle inside
5.Filler : Fill water into bottle
6.Capper : Seal bottle mouth by cap
7.Cap feeder : Send cap into cap unscrambler attached in cap washer
8.Cap washer : Wash/sterilize cap
9.Shrinker : Shrink PE film at bottle neck / bottle body
10.Palletizer : Use machine to reduce labour force and use automatic control to replace manual control.
